Tales of the Talented: Andy Torres

Andy Torres of Style Scrap Book  is a Mexican freelance stylist blogging (for nearly three years) from Amsterdam. Stylescrapbook.com is a personal blog about Andy’s style, places she visits, how she translate the trends, what she sees on the catwalk, what looks she likes, etc.

With over 7 million readers all over the globe, her blog became very popular through the years &  she is very grateful that her number of readers increases everyday. Andy puts a lot of effort and hard work into her blog, plus she tries to keep it real and shows a lot personality.

Andy shares that she is a huge fan of blogs as well. Every morning, she goes to Blog Lovin’ to check out her favorite blogs. It’s her daily magazine. Andy shares.

Obsessed with moving to Paris and trying to make her way up to the European fashion industry, Andy Torres has been getting a lot of attention because of her fashion blog. She exerts a lot of effort in taking beautiful photos and shooting video diaries of her adventures in fashion week in Paris, Florence, Amsterdam and more.

I got a chance to interview her (via Twitter direct messaging haha). It was a long time ago, had to back read all of people’s dm’s before I found it haha.

Miroslava Duma, Christine Centenera, Alexa Chung and Emmanuelle Alt are Andy Torres’ style icons. She shares that her style is always changing. She can be dressed in a skirt, a funky top, jeans, high heels. She doesn’t like to limit herself when it comes to style. It’s a game. It’s disguising yourself, dressing up & dressing down. There’s always so much that you can do.

Her style is impeccable (with a pretty face to match haha) & she is one of the not so many bloggers that I visit occasionally. Definitely a blogger to watch out for.
