Sleep on Your Back-Who knew? Sleeping in certain positions can start the effect of wrinkle/sleep lines. Sleeping on your side for instance can cause or increase wrinkles on your cheeks and chin and sleeping facedown can cause a furrowed brow. To reduce the wrinkle effect start sleeping on your back.
Eat More Fish- The top source would be Salmon as Salmon and other fish are a great source of protein. Salmon is the number one choice as it not only contains protein but also Omega 3 which is an essential fatty acid. These essential fatty acids help to nourish skin keeping it plump and youthful which in turn keeps the wrinkles at bay.
Don't Squint- Squinting can overwork the facial muscles which will form a groove beneath the skin's surface leading to wrinkles, especially around the eyes. If you squint when you read it may be time for reading glasses. Always wear sunglasses because it not only keeps you from squinting but it will also protect your eyes from sun damage. Ha! People always wondered why I wear sunglasses year around, see I was thinking. :)
Don't Overwash- Your face that is. Overwashing your face can strip it of it's natural oils and moisture that protects against wrinkles. Also try using a facial cleanser instead of soap as a facial cleanser will contain skin protecting moisturizers.
