I got to tape DEVO live tonight at the Nokia Theatre in downtown Los Angeles. The show was fantastic. I was at the front of the stage both recording the show & sending a live feed to Video Mix Master Davy Force & the Totally Intelligent Machine where it was processed to hell and sent to a massive l.e.d. screen behind the band. Visuals were a mix of the live feed and awesome produced content, text & weirdness. The band rocked hard as ever. I was blown away back in Toronto last year & this time again they played with more energy than your average 20 something group of indie turds.
