When going through the different stages of pregnancy you may experience different symptoms that will cause you to not want to eat at all. Of course not eating isn't an option as you know you have to eat nutritiously to keep you and your baby healthy. Below are some of the not so nice symptoms you may encounter and what you can and should eat at that time.
Constipation: During this time you will want to make sure your water intake is 6-8 glasses a day and you will also want to eat more fresh fruits and veges.
Diarrhea: You will want to eat food that has more fiber so it absorbs the excess water. Foods that would be a great choice during this time are oatmeal, applesauce and bananas.
Heartburn: You will want to eliminate spicy foods and also caffeinated foods and beverages. Instead opt for drinking milk before eating and eating small frequent meals throughout the day.
Morning Sickness: Before getting out of bed make sure to eat something dry and solid like pretzels or crackers. Throughout the day avoid fatty and greasy foods but make sure to eat small frequent healthy meals.
