Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup Soy Milk
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
14 Frozen Strawberries
1 Banana in Chunks
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
In a blender combine soy milk, rolled oats, strawberries, banana and blend until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla if needed. Pour and serve.
