Katy Perry wore this outfit to the People's Choice awards on January 5th. Now usually I would be on the fence about an outfit like this but due to the event type I actually think the outfit fits. Katy pulls this off and I have to say I love the colors and her shoes are to cute and go perfectly with the dress. Katy looks like a life size doll in a good way.
