Update: Ladies I don't like to confirm anything until the words come out of the horses mouth and they have come out of Chad's. The couple were tight lipped about the engagement (well Chad was, Evelyn not so much) for a bit but when Chad was on the Ryan Seacrest Radio Show here is what he had to say.
"You know how you deal with this person, that person, but you can't ever find everything in one individual?" he asked Seacrest during his morning radio show. "I think I found everything I've been looking for in one person. [She's] everything I've been missing."
Well there you have it ladies, Mr. Ochocinco is off the market for now at least.
