Update: According to USMagazine a source has come forward and reported that Amber has been reunited with her 2 year old little girl Leah. According to Indiana authorities Leah was returned to her mother on Nov. 29th. Amber now has a new home that her daughter will be moving into with her. As of right now Leah is temporarily a ward of the state which means that her guardianship would be determined by a judge and overseen by a government agency.
Basically Amber needs to make sure she has her shit together. I have watched the show and although (from what I saw) Amber wasn't abusive to her child but to Gary, it can effect her child emotionally. For her baby's sake I hope she grows up and fast, if she doesn't she needs to willingly give that baby back to it's father. Gary and Amber made an agreement that the baby should stay with him but according to Amber that was on temporarily as there were to many cameras outside of her home. Read the below for Amber's comment.
"I'm trying to put the pieces back together ... I have to get myself better so when I get my baby back, she sees her mom as happy as can be."
Amber is currently taking meds to cope with her anxiety and depression.

Well little Ms. Amber got her self into a heap of trouble when she thought it was okay to beat up on her baby's father Gary, especially on TV. Amber has now been charged with two Felony charges and one Misdemeanor for the Domestic Abuse and Battery towards Gary in front of their daughter. If convicted she faces up to 3 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Amber has already given custody of their daughter Leah to Gary and with rumors spreading of her dating knuckle heads and acting out in public it will not make this situation any better. Obviously Amber has issues and needs counseling at least for the sake of her child.
Domestic Abuse is a serious issue and is terrible when a man hits a woman or a woman hits a man. There is no excuse for Domestic Abuse period.
