Stella McCartney has created a range of Team GB official 'fan wear' (not something we've heard of before) in collaboration with adidas in an effort to get the public involved in and looking good at the London 2012 Olympics.
To launch the project, adidas have created a short film featuring some of Britain’s most distinguished athletic talent - gymnast Louis Smith, triple jumper Phillips Idowu, pentathlete Heather Fell and triathlete Hollie Avil - doing what they do best while wearing the new collection.
Stella said of her involvement: "This is the first time a fashion designer and a sports brand have collaborated to create both an Olympic performance and lifestyle collection and I am very proud to be involved in the creation of product with adidas that all our athletes and fans will be both competing and supporting in.”
The collection launches today and is available online at adidas.com.
