My hubby made this excellent chicken dish last week and it was soooo good. He actually was nice enough to give me his secret to share with you ladies and I have brought to you the recipe below.
Chicken and Red Wine
2 pds Skinless Boneless Chicken
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Red Wine
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
In a bowl season chicken with brown sugar, paprika, salt and pepper. In a skillet heat oil and cook garlic until tender. Place chicken in the pan and cook on both sides until no longer pink. Once both sides are cooked drain oil and add red wine around the chicken and base chicken with wine while cooking.
Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes and serve.
